Elvis Crespo returns with the “La Ventana Marroncita”

Grammy-winning singer Elvis Crespo released a brand new video for his single “La Ventana Marroncita” off his upcoming album “Diomedizao” now on Elvis Crespo’s VEVO Channel. The single and video is available now on all digital platforms and released under Flash Music.
La Ventana Marroncita” is a cover and homage to the late vallenato singer Diomedes Díaz.
“In 1999 in Bogota, men and women would sing of a name, a legend, on their path. It is a magical coincidence that my father’s name is DIOMEDES and my mother’s name was Irene Díaz. From that day he became a great friend and influence. One day my wife Maribel was watching the biopic soap opera “Cacique de la Junta” like the legend is called and she invited me to watch it with her. Automatically I was trapped in the story and we decided to do this homage,” said Elvis Crespo.
The video was filmed in Miami, FL and directed by Gustavo Camacho who has worked on over 300 music videos and is no stranger to Elvis or Diomedes Díaz. The director has filmed both Elvis Crespo and the late Diomedes Díaz of which the video and upcoming album is in homage to.
“La Ventana Marroncita” is the first single off Elvis’ upcoming album “Diomedizao” scheduled for release February 9th with pre-sales beginning on January 12th.
