PATRÓN REPOSADO Jalisco Mule
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Patrón Reposado
3 oz Ginger beer
1/2 oz Lime juice
Lime twist
Candied ginger
METHOD
Combine Patrón Reposado and lime juice in chilled copper mug filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and candied ginger.
CITRÓNGE MANGO Mango Mojito
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Patrón Silver
½ oz Patrón Citrónge Mango
1 Cut lime
1 oz Fresh mint leaves
6-8 Club soda
Lime wedge for garnish
METHOD
In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves, lime and simple syrup. Add a cup of ice and Patrón Silver, Patrón Citrónge Mango and top with club soda. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.
PATRÓN SILVER
Patrón Smoked Sea Salt Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Patrón Silver
½ oz Fresh lime juice
½ oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Agave nectar
+ A pinch of smoked paprika
+ Smoked sea salt
METHOD
Prepare a rocks glass by moistening the rim and rolling it in smoked sea salt. Shake everything with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice cubes in the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime and a dusting of smoked paprika.
