Entrepeneur publicó una lista de las top compañías culturisticas de este año . La lista incluye algunas de las empresas más conocidas como Google. Las compañías ya tienen la oportunidad de aplicar y entrar a la competencia para aparecer en la lista del próximo año. Éstos son las top diez que lograron estar en la lista este año.

1. Zappos

 es una tienda popular que vende zapatos por Internet. La compañía comienza su proceso de contratación con una entrevista de perfil cultural, que vale como el 50 porciento del proceso. Entrepeneur released a list of Top Company Cultures List for this year. The list includes some of the most well known companies like Google. There are already applications for a spot on the list for next year. Here are the top ten that made it.

1. Zappos is a popular online retail store that sells shoes. The company begins their hiring process with a cultural fit interview, which account for half of their interview process. New employees are offered $2,000 to quit if they decide the job isn’t for them after a week of work.

2. Warby Parker This online prescription glasses company began in 2010. They design their own glasses and sell them directly to customers for affordable prices. To keep the company culture, they set up fun events and company lunches and events.
