Sip Champagne in Mercedes’ ultra luxury monster truck

Yes, the Mercedes-Maybach S600 ultra-luxury limousine has a V12 power and yes, it has backseats to stretch for days and, yes, of course, an available champagne cooler. Yet, there is one problem with this $200,000 Benz. Even if you have a chauffeur, don’t expect them to take you up a steep mountain – it can really only drive on roads.

Why you might ask? Well, Mercedes will soon be offering the Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet.

The G650 is undoubedtly a luxury turned monster truck in Mercedes style, but don’t freight – the back seat lounge is more of a fancy lounge ambiance on the inside. No detail goes missing either with perforated quilted leather and a variety of automated massage functions to choose from. The extra space goes to no waste with fully declinable seats and a leg rest that comes up to support your calves.

Now even if your no fun and all work, leather-covered desks fold out from console between the rear seats so you you can take care of business as your driver is maneuvering through dense stands of trees. Yet it doesn’t stop there, that same console also houses heated and cooled cupholders to keep your beverages at just the right temperature.

While you may be drum rolling for ticket price now, Mercedes is not saying, officially, how much the G650 Landaulet will cost. However, less luxurious versions of the G-class off-roader can cost well over $200,000. Only 99 will be made of the G650, so it could reasonably be expected to cost a bit more.

With nearly 18 inches of ground clearance and 630 horsepower, the G650 can travel over lots of things. However, it will not go over the Atlantic Ocean since the G650 will not be available in the United States.
