10 facts about Chriselle Lim Fashion Influencer

Chrisselle is about to launch her creative studio CINC Studios, influencer and fashion darling.

  1. I was in the marching band: I played the clarinet during high school and my mom forced me to be in marching band, which I was quite embarrassed about at the time.
  2. I would ditch class to go work: I’ve always been into working and would find myself ditching class just so I could go take on extra hours to make more money at my job.
  3. My first job was making smoothies at Surf City Squeeze: Then I took on a second job at Express. I saved up all my money to buy Juicy Couture terry tracksuits.
  4. I am horrible with math: I always thought I wanted to be a buyer until I took my first merchandising marketing class and realized it was all math.
  5. I have two companies: One is Chriselle INC., where I have a team of 10 full-time employees, and the other is my newly-launched production studio called CINC Studios.
  6. I love being behind the camera: Although I’m in front of the camera a lot, I do prefer to be behind it, because that’s when I can get really creative and think outside of the box. This is one of the reasons why I started CINC Studios… so I can really focus and dedicate myself on the creative process and produce the most thoughtful and unique digital content for other beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  7. I’m not a morning person: But I wake up at 5:30 a.m. from Monday through Friday, regardless. After having a baby, the only consistent time I ever have to myself is between 6 and 7 in the morning. I usually take that hour to work out!
  8. It takes me about five minutes to apply my makeup every morning: But I spend almost 30 minutes every night on my skincare regime.
  9. I leave my phone in the bathroom after 7:00 P.M.My team knows it is almost impossible to reach me after 7:00 P.M. as that is my “phone-free family time.”
  10. I’m a self-help nut: I’m constantly reading books on leadership and listening to podcasts on how to grow myself and my business. It’s kind of an addiction.
